DJ Crash @ the NACE mixer - Feb 2010

The February NACE mixer at the Napa Valley Grill in Westwood. If you have not been to the Napa Grill, may I suggest - go. The food was excellent. We had a fantastic presentation from the Chef Joseph and staff.

Three course meal included:

Passed Hor D oueurves
confit pork belly
spring vegetable pave
strauss farm veal
paired with Peju Sauvignon Blanc

First Course
Pan roasted diver scallops
paired with Joel Gott Chardonnay

Second Course
Sonoma Lamb Duo
paired with Hess Meritage

Dessert
Glazed inside out caske
paired with Croft Porto
